This is my favorite song bar none. Awaken by the band Yes. It inspires me in every way possible. Musically is beyond anything I have heard before until the present day. The first half of the song sounds very eastern almost Hindu in style. The second half sounds very western almost like a Catholic mass. The two half’s come together in a way that reminds me that spiritually both east and west believe in the same core values but in different styles and expression. No matter our differences we are all one.

My adventure in Valium land
Today I had to take a Valium because I was having an uncomfortable medical procedure. Oh my goodness talk about being in another world. It was like being in a constant state of the whatever. After this experience of walking into walls for 3 hours I have no clue how people can take it everyday. I can’t imagine being non-functional as a way of life. It would be like working for the government.
